What is Sugesta?

Sugesta is an AI shopping assistant for ecommerce stores. It helps shoppers ask product questions, compare options, and get buying guidance on the storefront.

How does Sugesta work with Shopify?

A merchant installs Sugesta through Shopify, authorizes the approved scopes, syncs catalog data, and enables the storefront widget through the Shopify app embed and app proxy runtime.

Does Sugesta use Shopify Billing?

Yes. Shopify-origin merchants use Shopify Billing for required paid app access. Sugesta does not send Shopify-origin merchants to an external checkout for required app charges.

What storefront data does the assistant use?

The widget can use product, page, cart, and conversation context when available so answers and product recommendations stay relevant.

Can merchants disable the widget?

Yes. Merchants can manage widget readiness and store setup from the dashboard and can disable or disconnect store integrations when needed.
